This is a great space for active members to add coupons or promotions that Chamber Members and guests can view on https://business.woodlandschamber.org/hotdeals. Using the username and password you create, go to our website and login to the MEMBER LOGIN. Click HOT DEALS on the left-hand side and fill in the information.
All active members can submit a 50-word Business Brief each month to our magazine about your company's announcements, business milestones, new products & services, prominent new hires or community involvement. Go to https://www.woodlandschamber.org/business-brief/. Then fill in the information & upload one jpeg or png picture. Please note: Due to the production schedule, briefs will skip a month from submission to publication. For example: Briefs submitted in June are considered for the August issue - please make note of this when submitting event information.
Promote your events on our Community Calendar https://business.woodlandschamber.org/events/catgid/104. Using the username and password you create, go to our website and login to the MEMBER LOGIN. Click EVENTS on the top of the page and fill in the information. Add photos, logos and more.
Request to join our Members Only Facebook Group and post and connect with other members of the group. Promote your product, service or special event or post a call to action for volunteers. Just go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheWoodlandsAreaChamber and hit JOIN NOW. Be sure to answer the questions when you request to join.
When you register to attend our monthly Business Connection events, don't forget to bring your promotional items or brochures. Join us for our Business After Hours, Meet the New Members and Breakfast Connections events there will be a Member Information Table available for you to display your branded items. Don't miss any opportunity to market your business.
You can create some big fans by bringing door prizes to any of our Business Connection Events: Business After Hours, Meet the New Members, Breakfast Connections or Young Professional Network. Let staff know at check in and don’t forget to attach your business card. Door prizes should be valued at $25 or more to remain consistent. Winners are chosen by a business card drawing and are awarded prizes only if they are present and paying attention!
The Chamber hosts dozens of groups every week in our two conference rooms. You can donate branded bottles of water, pens and notepads (5.5” x 8.5”) to build your brand awareness.
