Add Your Business Information To Our Relocation Packets & Reach New Residents First!
Be one of the FIRST businesses that new residents learn about
by including your business in our Relocation Packets.
All Chamber Members are eligible to become a Relocation Packet Sponsor. Sponsorship is limited to four sponsors per industry and includes:
- Monthly tracking of all activity
- A guaranteed minimum of 500 packets sent out per time frame
- Display in the Chamber lobby for walk-ins
- Packets placed at Market Street
- Sponsors receive contact info for a personal
General information about the area is provided by The Woodlands Township plus the Newcomers Guide in our Chamber membership. Additional information is provided by companies (sponsors) regarding services that may be required for someone relocating to this area.
Relocation Packet Sponsorships are available for a monthly fee and last one year. We guarantee a minimum of 500 relocation packets during that time frame. If 500 are not distributed, then we extend your contract until 500 have been distributed. We send out a monthly report card to keep you aware of any and all activity.
Sponsors are also on display in the lobby for walk-ins looking for general information about the area. Occasionally, we receive a request through our website for relocation information. In addition to mailing packets, we forward their contact information to all sponsors, giving them the opportunity to send their own personal "Welcome to The Woodlands" postcard or letter.
If you are interested in becoming a Relocation Packet Sponsor the cost is $1,000 per year or $100 per month. Please contact Royce.Brooks@WoodlandsChamber.org. Kindly review the following guidelines:
- Quantity needed: 550 total, (500) for packets, (25) for lobby.
- All submissions are subject to approval by The Chamber.
- Must remain a member in good standing during sponsorship.
