The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) has announced that pre-leasing is now underway for Creekside Park® The Grove, the newest multifamily residential community in Creekside Park® Village Center in The Woodlands®. The newly named, Creekside Park The Grove, is the second multifamily development in the Village of Creekside Park and its village center, following the success of the award-winning Creekside Park The Residences, developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation.
Featuring an urban design with Craftsman-style architecture, Creekside Park The Grove is a 360-unit luxury community comprised of six, four-story buildings with elevators. Sizes on these one, two- and three-bedroom residences range from approximately 680 to 1,490 square feet. Ground level apartments include private, fenced yards.
