    Responsibilities:

    The specific role responsibilities of a Recruiter with Spherion will include, but not be limited to:

    • The Recruiter is primarily responsible for ensuring our qualified candidate and employee pipelines are full and adequate for meeting our client’s staffing needs.
    • Recruiters are 100% focused on the recruiting path, spending amplified time on sourcing, attracting, qualifying and engaging with talent throughout their Path to Spherion, Path to Placement and the Path to Career Success.
    • Use administrative skills to follow the mandatory recruiting model process to determine qualified Spherion candidates
    • Use active listening, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking skills to conduct phone screens and schedule candidates for interviews
    • Utilize written and verbal communication skills to facilitate regular candidate communications
    • Use time management skills to ensure completion of all daily tasks assigned
    • Use critical thinking to constantly look for ways to improve processes, time management, productivity, and candidate experience that will ultimately lead to higher performance and achievement

    Skills:

    • Proficiency with all Microsoft and Google Suite applications and overall ability to navigate technology tools
    • Able to manage multiple phone lines
    • Strong calendar management
    • Adaptable
    • Ambitious work ethic

    Additional skills preferred for success as a Recruiting Coordinator with Spherion include:

    • Bilingual Spanish and English-reading, writing, and speaking
    • Proven experience working in end-user customer service industries like retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service call-center, etc.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant recruiting experience
