    35619 Part-Time Senior Analyst, Enterprise Learning Management
     
    Purpose and Scope:
    The part-time Senior Analyst, Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) supports and maintains the College’s ELM environment and content media servers. This position maintains standards, maintenance, access, and security administration. The part-time Senior Analyst provides support to the Campus Administrators and LSC employees.
     
    Job Functions:

    1. Provide advanced-level advice, guidance, and information to end users
    2. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within the Oracle ELM product
    3. Manage the media and ELM server uploads for content, monitoring performance and troubleshooting alerts
    4. Train and teach others for Campus level Administrator and Instructors
    5. Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards
    6. Assist with the functional application of bundles
    7. Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned
    Salary:
    Hourly Pay Rate is $23.40
     
    Required:
    Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
