Cheryl House, regional director of compliance services for Marsh & McLennan Agency, specializes in ERISA plan documents and amendments, as well as associated agreements including stop-loss contracts, business associate agreements, pharmacy agreements and TPA/Carrier administration agreements.
She provides compliance support and education by monitoring federal and state mandates, developing educational seminars and webinars, and managing online HR compliance resources.
Additionally, House works with large employers, managing high-level claims issues, filing and monitoring their stop-loss reimbursements.
