There are twelve tasks that need to be addressed in order to plan for a successful year. Looking at your business from four specific components (1) Accounting/Finance; (2) Sales/Marketing; (3) People; (4) Systems/Operations will provide the foundation necessary to establish meaningful and successful plans for 2021. It is all in the planning!
This seminar will:
1. Provide specific tasks to address for this year.
2. Help to understand how the four components of their business work together with each being critical to improve future outcomes
3. Provide a simple methodology for assessing their business going forward. Knowing their current situation will help them examine areas that need to be addressed, which will in turn provide opportunities to improve future outcomes. For example, completing a review of resources will provide insight to productivity and potential waste. As a result, adjustments can be made that will improve the potential for increased profitability.
